Rotary positive displacement Compressor-pump 24 - 25

 Here is offered a new rotary positive displacement compressor .This device inclusive two dentate lobes witch is presented  with the name of rotary lobes 24-25. The device is a rotary positive displacement compressor. The compressor comprises 25 rotary cells created with two mated dentate lobes. The compression process is polytropic  nigh to isotherm because the heat generated throw compression simultaneously removed by a heat exchanger which is placed at the discharge bore.

Compressor Operation

lotustavana circleThis compressor is a positive displacement unit. This type of machine has two transfer port. One port is DDC (Down Dead Center) region (P) and the other is TDC(Top Dead Center) region (S). DDC and TDC regions where each cell passing through, encloses with casing wall therefor the trapped mass transferred.
lotustavana circleWhile rotating the lobes the cells passing via DDC region(P) and volume of gaseous mass which trapped among cells transferred to accumulation space where is enclosed with lobes and accumulator casing (X)  which might be equipped with a heat exchanger (O).
lotustavana circleCells continue rotating to reach TDC region (S) consecutively diminishing their volume according to compression ratio (114 ul) and therefor evacuate trapped media into accumulation space (X) and leaves there via TDC region (S).
lotustavana circleAccumulating gaseous mass in compression space (X) cause to increase pressure and temperature according to compression ratio. Depending on the operation monitor increasing temperature would be controlled by heat exchanger (O).
